Chapter 35, part 3: Whole person approach
Health + Wealth + Happiness: Why I Created a Coaching Container for the Whole Person
For a long time, I thought success was something you built one piece at a time. First, you figured out your career. Then your finances. Then maybe your health. Then relationships, spirituality, creativity, and everything else. Somewhere along the way, I realized something: we don't actually experience our lives in separate categories. When one area is out of alignment, it tends to show up everywhere else.
That realization is what eventually became Health + Wealth + Happiness. My background has always lived at the intersection of these worlds. I have a business degree and a master's degree in criminology and human behavior. I've worked in banking and finance, built my own wellness business, taught yoga and meditation, facilitated breathwork, coached entrepreneurs, and spent years exploring spirituality, personal development, and plant medicine. I've also spent a significant amount of time asking a question that I think many ambitious people eventually ask: What does a successful life actually look like for me?
Health + Wealth + Happiness isn't about becoming the most productive version of yourself. It's about creating a life and business that actually feel good to live inside of. We look at the practical things—money, business strategy, goals, systems, pricing, decision-making—and we also look at the less tangible things: values, identity, beliefs, energy, relationships, creativity, purpose, and the stories you've been carrying about what you're “supposed” to do. Because you can build a very successful business and still feel exhausted, disconnected, or like you've somehow built a life that doesn't belong to you.
My approach is equal parts strategy and self-discovery. I'll help you identify what's actually working, diagnose what's not, clarify where you want to go, and create a strategic path forward. But I also want to know why you want it. What kind of person are you becoming? What do you want your money to make possible? What does enough look like? What would success look like if you stopped building your life around someone else's definition of it? That's the heart of Health + Wealth + Happiness: building a successful life without sacrificing yourself to create it.
