Welcome! Chapter 34 Part 1

Hello and welcome! You might have noticed that you opened to chapter 34- if you’re just joining the journey- Hooray! I’m on my 34th year of life and so happy to co-write this story with you. I spent time celebrating my birth and, my bad ass mom, with a fantastic group at Temblor. We laughed, connected, drank, danced, and made friends with strangers. Thank you to all of the amazing souls that came to celebrate me 💛

Honestly, I’ve been meaning to start this blog for a few weeks, but between moving and birthday shenanigans, I’ve been thin on mental space to write from my heart. I want you to know that what I add in this blog space will be some of the most candid, heartfelt insights into my journey with coaching, wellness, speaking and evolution. I’m not doing the social media rat race anymore. It’s here my friends. Here. In the quiet of my bed, 10:30 at night, no AI, just me sharing my thoughts as I wind down the day. ✍️

Okay so big news first: every other Saturday we get to practice together at UrbanCore at 10am. It’s a 75 minute hybrid class called Power & Chill. Basically it’s a scoop of spicy practice and a scoop of soft and sweet. Yes, I realize that makes no sense. You’re welcome. 😇

UrbanCore is, HANDS DOWN, my favorite yoga studio in Bakersfield, CA. It makes me feel welcome, safe to explore and share, and like I can really create a yoga family. I’ve been teaching there since 2023 and am so fond of the owners. 🌸

Fun speaking news: I did it. I booked the damn thing. I booked a speaker’s retreat to refine my signature story with two fabulous professionals with loads of experience. A coach needs a coach. A guide needs a guide. I’ve said it many times before, “what I offer is what I need(ed).” In other words, we all need mirrors and mentors that can challenge us; call us forth into greater greatness. Yeah, I said greater greatness. 💪

I have officially posted my 1:1 3 month coaching container (cue the marching band and parade)!!! This has been a RIDE. I had this idea two years ago, started, spectacularly failed, started again, refined, trained, reiterated and I can finally reveal to you: The Brave Explorer. This private 3 month container is an in depth infusion of wisdom, practice, introspection, challenge, expression, and TRANSFORMATION. This is for my beloveds who have done and are doing the work. I want to be for you, what I myself needed. Let me be a mirror to remind you of your own greatness. I would be honored to work with you - yes, YOU - the one who feels stirrred in your soul to elevate. I’d be so honored to point to a path that has lead me to so much peace, beauty and prosperity. It won’t be easy, but, my goddess, it will be GOOD. 🔥
