Frequently Asked Questions

What type of clients do you work with?

I work with thoughtful, self-aware humans who are ready to create real change—both internally and externally. Most of my clients fall into two primary groups:

Small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to build a soulful, values-aligned, and profitable business without burning out or selling their soul
Psychedelic therapy clients and integration seekers who’ve had mystical, expanded, or life-altering experiences and want support integrating those insights into daily life

My clients are often deep feelers, intuitive thinkers, and big-picture visionaries who know there’s more available to them—but need grounded guidance to access it.

Who is your coaching not a good fit for?

My work may not be a fit if you’re looking for:
• Hustle-only business coaching with no emotional or nervous-system awareness
• A purely spiritual approach with no practical application
• Clinical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment
• Someone to “fix” you rather than walk beside you

My coaching is collaborative, reflective, and integrative.

What kind of personality types do you typically work with?

Many of my clients share similar traits, even if their lives look very different on the surface. You might recognize yourself here if you are:

• Highly intuitive or empathic
• Deeply reflective and emotionally aware
• Spiritually curious but grounded in reality
• Intelligent, capable, and often the “strong one”
• Prone to overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-doubt
• Feeling called to live and work more authentically

• Sense a calling toward purpose-driven work

Some clients identify as creatives, healers, entrepreneurs, or seekers. Others simply feel like they don’t fit neatly into conventional boxes.

What are the biggest pain points your clients experience?

While every client is unique, common pain points include:

• Feeling disconnected from purpose or direction
• Burnout, especially among entrepreneurs and helpers
• Difficulty integrating spiritual or psychedelic experiences
• Fear of being misunderstood or “too much”
• Struggles with boundaries, self-trust, or confidence
• Wanting financial stability without abandoning values
• Feeling stuck between who they were and who they’re becoming

My work helps clients move from confusion and fragmentation into clarity, integration, and embodied confidence.

Do you work with psychedelic therapy or plant medicine clients?

Yes. I support clients who are integrating experiences from:
• Psychedelic-assisted therapy
• Plant medicine ceremonies
• Mystical or non-ordinary states
• Spontaneous spiritual awakenings

Integration is where real transformation happens. Without support, powerful experiences can feel confusing, isolating, or destabilizing.

What if I’m both an entrepreneur and an integration seeker?

You’re actually my favorite kind of client.

Many people I work with are navigating both:
• Personal awakening or healing
• Professional reinvention or business growth

We can absolutely work at the intersection of your inner world and outer work—because they’re not separate.

How do you help small business owners?

I specialize in coaching small business owners who want a soulful and profitable business—not just one or the other.

This includes support with:
• Clarifying vision, mission, and values
• Aligning offerings with natural strengths
• Building confidence around pricing and visibility
• Emotional regulation around money and growth
• Decision-making rooted in intuition and strategy
• Avoiding burnout while building something sustainable

I help entrepreneurs build businesses that support their nervous system, lifestyle, and deeper purpose—not just their income.

What does psychedelic integration coaching help with?

Integration coaching helps you:
• Make meaning of your experience
• Ground insights into daily life
• Navigate identity shifts and emotional waves
• Strengthen self-trust and embodiment
• Create lasting behavioral change
• Avoid spiritual bypassing or overwhelm

My role is not to interpret your experience for you, but to help you integrate it in a way that supports your life, relationships, and work.

Coaching with me may be right if you:
• Feel a clear inner “yes,” even if you’re nervous
• Want depth and practicality
• Are ready to take responsibility for your growth
• Value presence, honesty, and curiosity
• Want support that honors your whole self

If you’re unsure, I always recommend starting with a conversation. Clarity comes through connection. Select the

How do I know if coaching with you is right for me?

What makes your business coaching different?

No. I am not a licensed therapist, and my coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

That said, my work is trauma-informed, emotionally attuned, and deeply supportive, and many clients find it complementary to therapy—especially when working with expanded states, embodiment, or life transitions.
